Mood tracker-printable

As a university student studying engineering and computer programming I know that life can get a little bit overwhelming, and you can find yourself feeling down at times. And I feel that it is important that we are able to distinguish between an off day and a prolonged period of unhappiness, hoplessness or general unmotivation. To help myself to track this I have started to do mood trackers and though I would share my mood tracker templates every ten days when I create one, both to keep me accountable and to give others access to the tool and hopefully help someone else out as well.

Day one and demonstration

Of course if you start to see a trend of not good days for over a week potentially think about seeking help a good place to start is at Headspace if you are under 25, as they offer free mental health care for young poeple.
